Prime Engraving Studio ships throughout the United States. We're dedicated to getting your custom-engraved items to you quickly and safely.


 

Processing and Shipping Times

 

Because each item is custom-made, we need time to create it just for you.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within 3–5 business days. This is the time it takes for us to engrave, pack, and prepare your order for pickup by the carrier.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout.

    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Note: Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or major holidays.


 

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. We offer competitive rates to ensure you get the best value.

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.


 

Shipping Carriers

 

We use reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives in excellent condition. Our primary carriers include UPS and USPS.


 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.


 

Shipping Issues and Damaged Items

 

We take great care in packaging your items, but we know that sometimes things happen.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged item and the packaging and contact  us at  ( sales@primeengravingstudio.com} within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. If you're still unable to locate it, contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
